Reconnect with
your-self in the desert
We are aware of the benefits of trees, of being enveloped in a lush forest. It feels nurturing and replenishing. The desert helps us in a different way.
The desert absorbs any feelings or thoughts that you’re ready to process and release. It’s a relatively barren landscape and available to take whatever you’re willing to give it.
By letting go of what no longer serves you, you’re left with freed up energy that has been held back and held down. Your mind is suddenly calm and focused on the peaceful present moment and all you want to do is dance and move your body. I know this from my own experiences being out here and welcome you to try it out sometime.
